Three times a year you will receive a luxurious gift box full of carefully selected collectible and ephemeral equestrian themed products for the discerning horse rider and their steed. Delivered triannually (with bonus boxes at Christmas), our beautiful boxes include an assortment of equestrian products (horse tack, horse treats, grooming/cleaning products, accessories, rider treats and accessories) and much, much more.

Pony Sized $19.95 month - Sample box immediately dispatched* then 3 times a year we will ship your subscription box with a 4-6 equestrian, equestrian themed or pamper products. Bonus box shipped December 15th.

Cob Size $29.95 month- Sample box immediately dispatched* then 3 times a year we will ship your subscription box with 7-9 equestrian, equestrian themed and pamper products.. Bonus box shipped December 15th.

Full Size $39.95 month- Sample Box immediately dispatched* then 3 times a year we will ship your subscription box with 10+ equestrian, equestrian themed and pamper products. Bonus box shipped December 15th.

*Sample box will include a selection of goods from previously dispatched boxes. It will not be of equal value to the regular subscription. 


Frequently Asked Questions: 

How will I be charged for my subscription?

Once you sign up, we will immediately invoice you for any payments required to catch you up to the subscription cycle. For example, if you sign up to a Full Size box in June, we will invoice you for 2 months of subscription at $39.95 a month. This would be a one off payment of $59.90 payable prior to shipping and you would then go into the normal billing cycle. Once the invoice is paid, your sample box will be sent.

Why do you dispatch only 3 times a year?

Throughout our years in business, we have prided ourselves on only delivering quality to our customers. When we surveyed you, our customer based, we clearly heard you say 'quality over quantity' so this is the approach we have gone with. Sending 3 times a year means that we can source boutique, quality products that won't disappoint. Your payment will be processed monthly; however, we will ship on the dates stipulated below.

What is included in the sample box?

The sample box will provide an example of the type of product included in our subscription box, it is not a full subscription box. From clothing, to tack, beauty products and horse gear we will provide a small selection of products equal or greater than the value of one months subscription. 

When will the sample box and subscription boxes be shipped?

Our subscription boxes will have the sample box shipped within 3-5 business days from payment of invoice. We will then ship subscriptions once every 4 months, October 30th, March 30th and July 30th. Bonus Christmas Boxes will be shipped December 1st - 15th.

I'd like to just purchase a one off box - can I do that?

What if my goods arrived damaged or do not arrive at all?

All boxes will be shipped via Australia post with insurance and thus any items damaged in the post or any boxes not delivered will be covered and replaced. If your item arrives damaged, we require notification within 7 days of receiving the package. We will take the Australia Post documented date of delivery as the starting point for the 7 days. To notify us, please email enquiries@rubensquerider.com.au

Can I cancel my subscription box?

Absolutely, you are able to cancel your subscription box at any time by emailing enquiries@rubenesquerider.com.au. If you are in the first or second month of the subscription, we will refund you. If you are in the 3rd or 4th month of the subscription, we will cancel your order after the next box has been sent. This is because by the third month we will have already purchased items for the box.

I am not plus size. Does that mean I can not subscribe?

Absolutely, positively and emphatically not. Our subscription boxes cater to all equestrians and clothing, if supplied, will be OSFA items such as hats, scarves or gloves.
