SIZE GUIDES & FAQ

What sizes are in stock?

We stock sizes 16-24; however we often do have some 26 in stock and access to garments up to sz 28.

How can I be sure the product will fit me

Sizing can be tricky especially for us plus size ladies. The manuafcturer size guides are in each product description or image gallery. Sizing guidlines differ greatly amongst manuafacturers and particular products. Tights tend to be more forgiving whereas breeches tend to have less stretch and give so getting the right size is important. I tend to upsize in breeches. I have added information in the descriptions that I feel can help but if you have sizing related questions, please reach out, I am always happy to chat with you either on store chat, email or phone.

 SIZE GUIDES

Rubenesque Rider

We've recently launched clothing under our own brand and we are super excited to be bringing this stock to you.

Rubenesque Rider sizing is generally the same as your regualar clothing size. for example, I am generally a size 18 and I wear the size 18 Rubenesque Rider gear.

Actual garment dimensions are noted in the product descriptions. Please note that they are the actual garment measurments not your body so depening on the sort of fit you are looking for you may size up or down accoringly.

Kerrits
Kerrits are a well known and much loved brand from the United States, bringing out a fresh new range every season. Please go by the UK sizing as I believe the AU sizing listed is incorrect and the UK sizing is a correct representation of the sizes we are used to.

FAQ'S
Do you offer a layby service?
Absolutely - just select the Lay Buy button
If something does not fit, am I able to return it?
Yes, however, it must be in as new condition with tags and labels intact. postage paid by you.
What if my item is lost in the mail?
Australia Post insure all parcels up to $100 value at no extra cost. items with a value over that can be insured for an extra fee, cost dependent on value. All boot shipping includes insurance for the full value of the boots
Why is boot shipping more expensive?
Boots are delivered in their boxes and therefore we are charged cubic weight for the item rather than actual weight. For some remote areas of Australia, this means that post can be as much as $65! As a small business, it's a little unsustainable for us to be covering that amount of post and we therefore ask you, the recipient, to share in the cost of covering post. You'll notice our flat fee boot post is pretty reasonable too!
Why are boots not kept in stock?
All our boots are sourced from overseas which means we're at the mercy of the exchange rate. For us to hold boots in stock means that we'd have to sell them at a much higher rate than what we do. Given that we can get boots in within 7 days (in most cases), we'd prefer to keep the costs down and pass that saving onto you and order in as needed. For this reason, we ask you to measure your legs very carefully as we do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect sizing. If in doubt of what size to purchase, we are more than happy to help out!
