Refund policy

Wrong size, colour, shape or just changed your mind? Refunds accepted within 28 days from our date of post if items are in original condition with tags attached. A full refund is given less actual postage cost. This is for in stock items only. Special ordered items are not included. Full refund, exchange or repair on warranty claims as per statutory rights. 

Credit note only for items returned without tags.

No refund or credit for worn or dirty items.

No returns or refunds on sale items. 

Boots  and Kerrits orders are special order items and no returns accepted except for genuine manufacturers fault.

Do not send items back without making contact first. Items sent back without first making contact may not be elligible for refund.
