Shipping policy

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by a third party. If you have any issues with shipping please make contact at enquiries@rubenesquerider.com.au .

Orders are dispatched  usually within 3 business days but often same day or next business day. Rubenesque Rider is not responsible for delays once handed over to the relevant  shipping agency. If you are concerned about delivery time frames please make contact at enquiries@rubenesquerider.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

Please note, if the incorrect shipping rate is selected, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice. In most cases, however, we will contact you and request the outstanding amount. This occurs at our discretion and your use of our website denotes acceptance of this. 

Rubenesque Rider is not responsible for lost or damaged items. You may request shipping insurance at your cost. Please email enquiries@rubenesquerider.com.au to arrange.
